Dear Parents, Students and Teachers:
Fall is in the air and that means it is Reflections time. Time to show your artistic side and express yourself through your artistic talents. Do you dance, write, make short movies, take photos, paint or draw? Then this is your chance to share your talents through the PTA Reflections Art program.
This year’s theme is “I Matter Because . . . “ Not only is this a fun opportunity to have your art exhibited at school, but you could go on to represent Heathrow at the County level, and from the County to the State level and beyond. There are prizes to be won along the way so don’t miss out.
If you are interested in participating, please carefully read the entry instructions below. Please complete the entry form, making sure you have completed all entry sections clearly (we must be able to read your email and phone number in case there is a concern with the entry). Please double check that both student and parent have signed the entry form. Please complete the second page of the entry form by including the title of the artwork and the artists statement as to how the piece relates to the theme “I Matter Because . . . ” Please complete the lower section and initial where appropriate that your entry is your original work.
All entries must be received by October 28, 2020 and may be turned in to your teacher if you are a face to face student or to the front office if you are a Seminole Connect or Virtual student.
